This property was stunning! So much space , and everything was newly renovated. We loved the three balconies, and the views were spectacular. We were able to cook for our large family (12 of us) with enough cookware , plates , utensils , etc…. Including a beautiful park area with 3 grills. Every bedroom had a TV with access to streaming channels. Rent this condo ! We loved it

The Penthouse 2 condo was amazing in every way imaginable! Very spacious, great views, centrally located to everything, and the best hosts ever! Highly recommend staying here!

We did a family reunion and had plenty of room. The property was lovely and comfortable. The views were amazing. The location was wonderful. We had a perfect trip and appreciated all of the communication with the owners.

We loved this 10th floor Penthouse. Everything was perfect. 3 bedrooms plus a kids' loft. 3 bathrooms , full size washer and dryer. Beautiful kitchen with granite countertop with bar stools, huge dining table that's big enough to seat a large group. The decks with chairs makes it so easy to watch the sun come up over the gulf or to see the large ships and fishing boats. Walkdown to the beach with beach chairs, and umbrellas, toys, for the kids to dig in the sand and a cooler with wheels for your refreshments. This PENTHOUSE HAS EVERYTHING.

This place was more than we expected, it has everything; close to great beach access, close to town, pool that is shaded a large part of the day (great for kids). The condominium is larger than it looks, easily fit large families. It is so welcoming you feel like you have walked into someone's home. Mike & Bill are the perfect hosts. We heard from them 10 min after booking and got a response anytime within minutes. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

We had a great trip! The beach was close and the pool was great. This trip, the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and spent a lot time playing in the game room and pool.

We enjoyed staying at this property so much! The view was incredible from the balcony, and we spent some time every day on the beach and in the heated pool. The kids loved every minute. It was the perfect away! Interactions with the condo staff were very positive and the owners were super helpful and available if we needed anything at all. The property was clean, updated, beautiful. They had everything you might want and need on sight. It was probably my favorite VRBO stay.

Hosts were very responsive, and we had everything provided that we needed for the week, including for the beach! We had a great time at the penthouse in South Padre!
