Great location and clean

We were staying on business, there is zero privacy at this property. No window coverings--addressed with owner, he stated there are none in the photos and unwilling to assist. There is a single space heater available--will not heat entire house safely. Pots and pans completely covered in black burnt food. No parking. Owner unwilling to make it right. But asked me to leave him a good review. We were not able to occupy the property for even 1 night, as it was cold and no privacy--the bedroom windows didn't even have window coverings so you could change clothing, without the neighborhood able to see through. We ended up finding alternate accommodations and we did not receive a refund, so we were out the cost of a 14 night stay. Had I seen the reviews other patrons left days before our arrival we never would have booked the property. Not sure how this is still being booked.

There are major issues with this property. Here is a short list of my horrible stay at this place: 1. I emailed the “owner” two days before the trip and he never responded. 2. Expect no privacy as no windows has any shades, even the bathroom. 3. The shower has no shower curtain and water gets all over floor and there is no floor mat. 4. Hot/cold Faucets are labeled wrong. So you will be waiting and waiting for water to warm up. 5. Water pressure is extremely low so you have to wait at least 4 to 5 minutes for hot water. 6. There are no Outlets in the bathroom. 7. There are not enough linen or pillows. 8. No trash can inside or outside. 9. There are no washer and dryer but it is listed as amenity. 10. THERE IS NO HEAT OR SPACE HEATER. 11. Downstairs bathroom is so small that if you sit, you cannot close the door. 12. There is not enough shampoo/bodywash. I emailed them but they are so obnoxious and unresponsive. Vrbo was to no good as well. It was 48° outside and we vacated the property. Vrbo is refusing to refund. Bunch of useless hacks. They blame no washer and dryer on the previous guests and claim that they had to remove it to be fixed so currently it is not available. But there is no hookup line anyway and they are lying. When I ask for the heater they told me to check upstairs closets three times and every time I answer them that I have already checked, they said we checked with the property owner and he confirmed that the house has heat. STAY AWAY!

The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, none of the beds were made and the sheets and bedding were slept in. The bathrooms were filthy, no clean towels were available. I did not stay at this place, there was no way that I would have my family sleep in such filth. I tried contacting the number provided, but they did not answer but texted me asking me to call the agency who never answered. After waiting for someone to respond to my messages I booked another place and left. 7 hours later someone asked me for photos of the property. This has been the worst experience, I will never book through this site.

Everything was new and beautiful. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there was an abundance of closets! While the outside entrance from Robertson was modest, the interior was spectacular and luxurious.

I've never left a negative review- But this property and the terrible customer service is breaking that streak- needed way more than 1500 characters Contacted owner within the 1st hour of arrival- then again a few hours later when we found more issues. Owner responses were not of any help- nor was VRBO The kitchen sink does not drain and has sludge that bubbles up through opposite side. garbage disposal makes it worse. NO WINDOW COVERINGS in any room including bathrooms and bedrooms- safety and privacy issue. Property is near a streetlight that shine into the bedrooms all night HOT WATER barely a trickle coming from the only shower and hot is not connected to the downstairs bathroom- which is too small to sit down on toilet NO SHOWER CURTAIN + and no extra towels or bath mat. No towel hooks or rods- so standing on wet floor and hang towels over the closet doors Master bed BROKE when sat down! Cheap + assembled incorrectly. Fix was not possible slept with mattress on the floor for all 4 nights. 3rd bedroom no bed pillow or bedding- only fitted sheet and stained mattress topper. other 2 beds also have 1 pillow only despite sleeping 5 dishwasher not connected. No kitchen towels or dish strainer fireplace not functional NO garbage cans or bags in or outside house Many spiders NO DRESSERS- so can't unpack Couch stained/gross gross minimal kitchen utensils Made multiple calls for service- no help from owner or VRBO- this is not a "vacation rental" for a family

It was very clean but missing a few things. There was no shower curtain, no trashcan, no window coverings and only 3 towels with 5 guests. There was only one pillow per bed. The bottom bathroom was tiny. Overall it was decent, just a few of the above mentions needs to be addressed.
