The environment is okay

The owner was very unhappy when he found out I booked from booking.com. he said he has requested to have his property removed from the website but it wasn't done. He said customers from booking.com are rude, and it is not worthy of doing business. He did clarify that he wasn't saying I was rude. But his comments made me felt really uncomfortable knowing that I wasn't welcomed.

The location is OK - 10 min of drive from the airport and 10 min of walk to caffes, pubs and restaurants

- No sign outside - The place is a complete mess - things and rubbish are thrown around, all over - No clear status of this accommodation in the original advertising - Hotel ? Guest house ? Hostel ? Backpackers ? - The fridge is full of old food left by previous tenants - The room inside is stinking with unwashed human body and not clean - The place owner was rude and adviced me to get out if I don't like it - The original advertising was misleading - should has been clearly specified that it is a shared room

Modern building, with elevator and balcony view to park with palms and birds.

Young guests do not clean after themselves and are very noisy ( sometimes.)

Les lattes du lit ne tenaient pas. Prévoir des boules quies à cause du décollage des avions. Personne pour accueillir à l'arrivée. Malgré mes messages pas de solution proposée par le propriétaire

Very nice modern building. Bit far from downtown Sydney. Very close to the airport, if you are catching flight.

Could be cleaner, but that is caused by young visitors.
