Put in a family room which was large. Used smaller side as the heating was on in there. The other room was freezing. No soap soap dispenser new and had not been filled up. Toiletries were 2 tiny shampoos and 2 tiny lotions. Aparthotel ? Great to have a fridge no ice box had a kettle and micro wave. Unable to heat up though as crockery was none microwavable. Very limited family room ?? Had 2 bowls and 2 plates one knife 2 forks and 2 teaspoons. ??? Area around fridge was unfinished. The noise music from a sign in the other street was constant noise ? well every 5 minutes. There was no hairdryer. Phoned and he said he would get one over to me as not one on site. ? Tv s only work with internet access. He did not mention this when we said we did not need wfi. No lock on bathroom door. To be honest the property seems unfinished. It cost £100 room only no breakfast. It was absolutely so overpriced more likely £50. From there we moved onto claton hotel in Manchester b and b £100. These accommodations are night and day. Staff there to meet us. Someone on the desk when we came in and left around ten the next day. Very disappointed it was a 10/10 and looking on site it looked promising. Sadly it wasn't. May improve in the future when it's finished. Should nit be rented out at extortion price in that condition. We should get a refund.
