The location was good as I was on a course at Case Western Reserve University

The property was filthy, dust everywhere, stains throughout. The ceiling was metal and had workers footprints and dirt spread all over it! If my booking was refundable and I had arrived earlier in the day I would have changed my booking. I was contacted twice by the property to put a card on file, I responded and told them both times that I had put a card on file, they threatened to cancel the booking until I called them and told them to double check the details, which they confirmed were on file.
