Excellent, immaculate condo. Great view from terrace of the intercoastal waterway - perfect spot for morning coffee and late afternoon drinks. Comfy beds, pillows and linens. Short, easy walk to beautiful beach. Many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance and a short drive. Make sure you enjoy sunsets over the gulf from the 6th floor community terrace with lounges. Owners are super pleasant and helpful. Waterpark next door really fun for kids (and the tiki bar Jimmy Guana's is fun for adults!)

Great place for our family (kids ages 11 -16). Condo is a short walk to the beautiful beach. Many restaurants within walking distance and very family friendly. We saw two dolphins swimming in the canal on our last morning having coffee on the patio.

Great water view from balcony; short (2 block) walk to beach. Water park / pool located on property which was convenient. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. This property worked well for my adult family as well as for my relatives with young children who were renting other units. I would highly recommend the property.

Harbourside condo was terrific for our family of 5. Great place to stay with children, as we could split time between the water slides and pool, and the beach. Many great restaurants to eat at, or plenty of resources to cook at the condo. 2nd bedroom has plenty of room for all 3 kids. Owners super responsive. Cant wait to go back...

In all my years of travel (including stays at multiple VRBO properties) I’ve never posted a review. After our experience at this gem I was compelled to do so. This condo is the real deal - water park fun onsite, a quick walk to the beach, restaurants nearby, amazing views and the comforts of home when you return from a day out in the sun! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly cleaned, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and so much more. Maria, the owner, was very helpful and made us feel like welcomed guests. We loved it!

Look no further. We can't say enough about this condo! It's exactly as advertised and won't disappoint- well maintained and immaculate. We decided to go there for a few days to relax and that's exactly what we did. Maria made everything so easy (great communication and detailed instructions) and went above and beyond all expectations!! Great location- everything you need is within walking distance- food, beach, and stores. Great food (thanks for all the recommendations-we wish we could have tried them all but the pizza place Slyce was our favorite). The intercostal view from the patio were amazing- loved the ocean breeze and watching all the boats go by and the water park on site that came with 4 daily passes was perfect for all especially the 2 year old! We would highly recommend this unit 4414.

Maria was a wonderful host and the condo was impeccable. I loved to wake up and have my morning coffee on the balcony watching the boats going by. The beach is a 5 minute walk and many places to enter and exit from. Locals are friendly and would highly recommend this place for all!

My family loved our experience here. It really began when we booked with excellent communication from the owners that continued with detailed instructions all the way until check in. The condo was nice and clean and located in a prime location attached to Splash Harbour water park and within easy walking distance to several very good restaurants. You could easily spend a week here without ever getting behind the wheel of a car. We would highly recommend this condo.

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo because is very clean and comfortable. If you don't want the noise from the pool view condos this is the place to stay. Thank you Maria and Marty for your attention and for giving us tips of things to do while there! We will definitely go back!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (12 &9 yo) had a wonderful spring break at Harbourside! Marty and Maria were wonderful to work with. We were able to access the condo early on the day we arrived and have extended check out time. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. Everything we needed was provided. Our kids LOVED the water park! The location was perfect, we never needed our car again. The beach was nice and not crowded like Clearwater. I can't say enough about this condo and location! If you visit IRB you MUST go to Slyce pizza! It was by far our favorite place to eat!

Perfect for a full blown Vacation or long weekend get away. Modern, clean and great floor plan for 4 adults for family with 2-3 kids. Owners are awesome and care about you and your experience.

This property is excellent! We had everything we needed, even beach chairs and umbrella. The condo was super comfortable for our family. Each of our 3 kids had their own bed and plenty of space. The balcony was relaxing and had an excellent view of local wildlife including dolphins, manatees and many species of birds. The owner was extremely responsive and flexible to our needs. We walked everywhere and there were lots of great restaurants close. I would absolutely recommend this rental. It was a really great place!

This property was sparkling clean and well appointed. The owners provided detailed messages for checking in, checking out and even had notes around the condo to enhance our stay. It was very much appreciated. I found this property on VRBO as I was planning a trip with my son and a family friend to go to baseball spring training games in the Tampa area. We wanted to stay on the gulf coast despite the drive time to get to stadiums because we wanted to experience the pristine beaches and sunsets. We were not disappointed! This spacious condo was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers. The kids could have freedom to walk to the beach, water park or a local restaurant without worry. The condo community held free events like wine&cheese and a rooftop yoga class. The unit itself was super clean and fully stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs&umbrella. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the intercoastal watching boats & birds and even spying a dolphin swimming by one morning. The owners were friendly and helpful, even offering late checkout late because no one was arriving after us. Indian Rocks in quiet and laid back, just what we were looking for. Lots of beach time with afternoons spent by the water park pool and lazy river before haeding back to the beach for sunset. Plenty of restaurants around, but we did stock up at Publix for breakfast and lunch foods at the start of the week. We spent a day in more touristy Madiera Beach just a few miles down the road where we parasailed and shopped. Thanks to the owners for making our stay so easy!

This stay was amazing! Very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The owners were very quick to respond although not needed much because the condo was completely stocked with everything needed. We definitely recommend this location.
