とても綺麗で掃除も行き届いてましたし 調理をするにも　洗濯をするにもいろんな物がしっかり揃っててとても快適に過ごせました。

施設はとても良かったのですが、管理会社から部屋番号や鍵の暗証番号など　連絡がなく　着いて1時間以上　部屋がわからず　とても困りました。 サポートセンターの電話もとても繋がりにくくて大変でした。

Had everything we needed and the neighborhood was perfect with a grocery store and restaurants across the street.

The jacuzzi in the complex wasn’t hot enough.

The location was good, a bit noisy at night being next to the highway. The pool area was nice and convenient. Really hard water in the condo, obviously that's not the fault of the owners. The TV was hard to figure out, but that seems a common issue in every place you go for the first time.

The people who clean the unit were not thorough. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. No extra Kleenex boxes, there were two Kleenexs in the box and it was empty. The patio area hadn't been swept and was very dirty. I think the most negative about the unit is that it just looks old and tired, everything looks like my grandparents had lived there years ago, for some that is a nice thing, I guess we prefer a bit more modern.
