We were very pleased with the property. It was exactly as pictured. The home was clean, VERY well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!

The view of this mission bay property was Absolutley beautiful ! The back sliding door opens up entirely giving it that open air view from inside the home.

This house has everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay. There’s plenty of room on the main floor, the kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. Parking is always a challenge but the garage held our Ford explorer and Hyundai Santa Fe with plenty of room to get the beach gear and bikes out. We plan on coming back!

This condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had all the appliances, pans, utensils that you could possibly need. There were games for the kids, beach toys, wagon, and many more things to make the stay perfect. There are a lot of stairs in the property, so I don’t think this would be great for someone with mobility issues. The garage is tight, but it looks like all parking in this area is snug. We had a full size SUV and it barely fit. There was no way to fit another vehicle in the garage at the same time. I would highly recommend the property….the location, amenities, view. It was a great stay and we would come back again!

Beautiful location! Beds were very comfortable and lots of helpful amenities. Great water pressure in the showers. We appreciated the little extras like the shampoo/conditioner in every bathroom, dish soap, hand soap, lots of towels, blankets and extra pillows.
Unfortunately, the BBQ didn’t work properly which we had bought food for and the couches and flooring had food, dirt and sand from previous tenants. The vacuum to clean the floors didn’t work well enough but we used the broom often. We appreciated the quick fix to the kitchen faucet when it broke off.
All in all, we would totally come back and stay at this place again. Thank you

Pros
• Large family room and kitchen (one of the main reasons we booked this place). Everybody was able to relax together in comfort.
• Nice kitchen and bathrooms.
• Great views.
• Immediate access to the bay and easy access to the beach.
• Walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store.
• Garage parking. We parked a 4runner and civic with little issue.
• Well stocked.
Cons
• Dirty floors. I read a review saying the same so we packed a swiffer but the floors need a better cleaning between stays.
• The bunk bed is difficult to get in and out of.

Only improvement needed is communication with property manager for help getting things repaired.

It’s not a flawless property, but it is well worth the price point. Amazing back porch with excellent views. We will be back for sure!

Arguably best location we could find steps away from the bay water and a minute walk from the ocean. 180 view with great privacy due to the way the bay walk is shaped. Loaded with all kitchen utensils as well as beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, etc.

Great location and quiet. Nice cookware and amenities. Easy walk to beach and food. Comfortable beds and furnishings. There are stairs to navigate and bring a small SUV for garage. Would recommend…

The home was exactly as shown in the pictures. Walking in the house was beautiful, well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and for the large breakfast and bbq we had. Waking up to the bay view every morning was perfect! Would highly recommend this home and would go back again in a heart beat!

Beautiful view of the bay... faces east so you do not get the afternoon sun. House was well maintained. Can enter residence from the garage on north side making it easy to unload car. The parking spaces are tight, but after a little practice, it became relatively easy. We had two cars, my Honda would not fit on east side of the garage, but fit okay on the west side. My daughter had a Kia Forte and it fit okay on the east side. If you have a truck or other larger vehicle you will have trouble.
Just be aware and check the dish washer soap dispenser that it opened, as we had dirty cups and glasses. We ended up just put the soap in the bottom of the tub, and it worked okay.

Overall excellent in every aspect, no issues, great location, absolutely breathtaking view of the bay, quick check in lots of amenities, first time in San Diego and will definitely return to a 710 property
