Staff at front desk if I had to say anything positive
Everything else. When I walked into the facility, there were caved in ceilings, etc. Front desk stated is was being renovated so I went along with it. Got to my room, was the dirtiest room I’ve ever entered. Blood stains on carpet along with other stains all over the floor pretty much. Bathroom was gross along with closet, furniture, etc. Not only to also mention the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. I was just coming in from a business flight prior to which made it more inconvenient. With all that being said, I immediately took my things I did not unpack back with me to front desk and asked for a refund. I saw almost nothing but good reviews before booking so that outcome shocked me. They complained to each other wondering why I was “assigned to that room” as if that was supposed to make the situation better. The whole hotel was gross. I’m not one to complain at all, but definitely not a pleasant experience and recommend people traveling look elsewhere. I hope those that book after me have better experience than I did.

The staff was the only saving grace for this stay
The staff was exceptional. Very nice. Apologetic to the issues I had with my first room. Very genuine and took it seriously and did the best they could to rectify. I do plan on reaching out to the GM to discuss my issues, but the two staff I encountered were fantastic.
The first room I received was simply AWFUL. Quite possibly the worst room I’ve ever stayed in, but I was traveling due to work and after a long 20 hour day I just wanted sleep so I didn’t address my concerns until the next day. The room was clearly “lived in”, as in it was an extended stay for whoever was there before. Wall decals on the walls. Stickers on lamps. Stained couch. Holes all in the walls from most likely nails or hanging materials. There was a pile of towels in the closet on the floor that I didn’t know if they were used or unused. Couldn’t even find them to begin with- none were hanging up in towel racks like you normally see in a hotel room. There was a half door holding possibly furnace- and the whole front grate was missing leaving that exposed completely and that is a safety issue. Faucet in the tub was dirty and leaking. There was a pile of linens on the table in the living area- no idea why. I went to the front desk the next day with the enclosed photos- girl there was polite, sincere and apologetic. She called someone immediately on the phone (I assume GM, but not sure) and she explained the situation. They actually canceled a reservation to get me switched into a new room. The new room was pristine. A complete opposite of the prior room and exactly what I had imagined for the hotel- as I had stayed in the same place the year before. I know they recently had an ownership change, but the fact that my first night room was so awful scares me to book again. The only saving grace was the staff. If I get any further resolution I will update my review. I don’t feel I should have to pay for the first night.

Very disappointed with the stay. Obviously the location was not ready for guests.
Nice size of room.
Waste baskets. Ice machine working. No ice cube trays to make ice in the room. Light bulb broken in unplugged lamp. Dishwasher needed repair. NO AS ADVERTISED BREAKFAST! Too long of wait for room to be ready.

LAID BACK AND STRESS FREE ! ! !
Staff and Management were superb ! ! ! ! ! Spacious suites with all kitchen amenities in the room Overall it was probably one of the more enjoyable stays I have had in a while. Keep up the great work 👍
