Quick and helpful communication before arrival; no paper filling at the check-in; no language barriers; warm and professional welcome by the owner; amazing hospitality by the stuff; traditional and modern room (actually 2 rooms), well equipped and clean ones; seperate toilet and bathroom; comfortable beds; fresh towels whenever you want that; ski bus stop next to hotel; 6-7 minutes drive to ski lifts; dogs are very welcome there, with great walking options around.

Minor things only: squeaky floor in the room; flat pillows, though I am sure I would get others if I asked; main door is quite hard to open; there is a river next to the place, generating quite some noise.
