Amazing location. Close to all of the sites. Just very conveniently located. Everything was very clean. Smaller than I thought but all good. Very nicely equipped. Providing “kits” with detergents, coffee, olive oil, etc was a really nice touch. The office/owners were very responsive.

Shower needs a bit of fixing…we were warned (there’s also a sign inside) that hot water will need time to reheat once 12-15 min of usage but we were not able to have continuous hot shower as water kept turning cold, at which point we had to stop the water and turn it on again. We would get hot water then but it would cold told after a few minutes. This was repeated throughout shower. The apartment is located on the first floor (second floor for the Americans) so there is a short flight of stairs to get to the apartment.

Beautiful apartment in an exceptional location, right on Plaza de San Francisco. Centrally located and well equipped with nice furnishings. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that opens into a double bed in the living space. The host service was impeccable, attentive and responsive.

There were two things that let the apartment down. Otherwise it would have been a perfect 10. The first, and most critical, point was the bed. The mattress was either terribly soft or the bed base support was broken as it sagged badly in the middle, so much so that one had the impression of sleeping in a hammock. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep in that bed. The sofabed was way more comfortable. This is the the most important feature of any rented accommodation and it should match the standard of the rest of the well presented property. The second point is that there is apparently not a lot of hot water for the shower, which runs hot water from a 50L tank, allowing 12 to 13 minutes of continuous usage, and then takes 2 hours to reheat. If you have 3 people showering it is inadequate, especially if washing hair. The operators ought to consider switching to an on-demand water heating system.

La ubicación está muy bien, el detalle de café y demás nos gustó para ser un apartamento, pocos tienen esos detalles.

Intimidad cero, la única habitación que ahí la cortina que es para echarla un poco de intimidad estaba rota, muchas ventanas pero muchísima claridad porque no cerraban del todo (adjunto foto) el tema de la limpieza habría ciertas cosas que se debería de mirar, como retirar las mesillas, la retiré para ver si se me había caído o olvidado algo y encontrar cajas y cosas de otros inquilinos. Y el tema de la cama extra… la abrimos que nos dijeron que estaba echa y no, la tuvimos que hacer nosotros y sabiendo que íbamos 3 personas. Y ya el tema de las escaleras para subir al apartamento…. Eso no lo e visto en ningún sitio como son pero se las trae, que para subir son incómodas pero ya si llevas maletas … Y un feo bastante gordo que han tenido, que tengas que dejar el apartamento a las 11 y a las 11:01 tenga a una chica llamando literalmente echándonos, estaba esperando a mi marido que viniera a por las cosas para irnos y ni eso ha esperado, a pasado mientras yo sacaba todas mis cosas me a parecido un detalle bastante feo, me quedo en el año en más de 60 hoteles y apartamentos y nunca me había pasado esto. Y a la chica que nos recibió la comenté que si nos podían dar otra llave de abajo, u me dijo que al día siguiente me la traían … esas llaves nunca llegaron . Atencion pésima . Por tema de ubicación genial pero no volvería a este alojamiento.

Tesis konumu itibariyle güzel bir meydanda yer alıyor, dizaynı ve büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. mutfakta bulunan zeytinyağı kahve vs gibi ihtiyaçların bulunduğu ve deterjanlara kadar düşünülmüş kitler gerçekten güzeldi.

Bu güzel tesiste majör 2 problem var. Birincisi mutfakta yanmış simsiyah renk almış ve çizilmiş tavalar var bu yüzden mutfağı efektif kullanamadık. İkincisi ve daha büyük problem ise banyoda duş almak tam bir felaket deneyimdi. Duşakabindeki gider tamamen tıkanmış olmalı ki eğim olmasına rağmen duş aldığınız an bütün banyoyu su basıyor ayaklarınız su içinde yüzüyor, 2 gün de duş almakta çok ama çok zorlandık. Kabindeki metal panelin kaldırılarak güzelce temizlenmesi gerekiyor.
