PLENTY of space inside and out (huge yard, lots of parking space, right on the beach) beautiful pool and views from all angles. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances although we did need to get some essentials (tin foil, olive oil, salt and pepper, etc). Seamless check in and check out, we cant wait to come again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first family vacation in four years. We asked very specifically if there was any construction around the property prior to booking. We were told there was construction but it was only inside. On the second day we were woken at 7 AM to hammering outside. This was followed by loud saws and hammering on the property on the other side of the house. The washing machine was filthy and had mold. They were visible termites in the windowsills and the cable did not work on several of the televisions. On check-in we were given the wrong welcome packet and therefore could not get into the house. There was not nearly enough toilet paper inside the house and this was missing from several bathrooms. If I were staying in a hotel that was greater than $2000 a night, I would expect much more than this. We will not be using island realty again.
