It was in a fantastic location, the property was very clean and secure. Was also quite spacious inside.

Era típica buhardilla parisina Para mi encantadora

Pues como es normal en una buhardilla en París , un 4º sin ascensor importante tenerlo en cuenta si vas . Pero es ideal

Everything was OK

The location was great. It’s walking distance to the opera, we also walked to a lot of the attractions which was 30 to 40 minutes away. the scenery was lovely walking to the Louvre was a 10 minute walk, a lot of bakeries restaurants and cafés are nearby. The apartment was clean. The host was very gracious always checking in on us making sure we have enough towels.

The only thing I would point out, just as a room for improvement is the smell of garbage that is outside the entrance door, it’s very strong and disturbing. The other thing to flag for people who want to book this apartment is that the toilet does not have a washing sink, so you would need to leave the bathroom and go wash your hands in the shower with the toilet and we weren’t aware of this. We thought there’d be an elevator or that the flat was located on the first floor, but it was located on the third and there were three flights of stairs so we had to carry our own luggage. Also to flag, when paying the deposit and you confirm with the host that its refundable, its in fact not refundable so they wouldn’t pay me back even if they confirmed it is!
