This is our second year staying at Estero Beach and Tennis Club and first year at Jacks property. This condominium complex is a perfect location for the beach, shopping, and dining. Jacks condominium was perfect and met all of our needs. I would recommend staying at Jacks condominium.

Great location, short walk to everything, beach, pool, restaurants!

The condo was just what we were looking for- simple and efficient. Jack was exceptionally helpful and explained everything well with great detail. It was a beautiful location-quiet with a nice view off the deck. Gorgeous sunsets were only a few steps away. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go-the beach, of course, grocery stores, tasty restaurants and shopping including a farmer’s market across the street. Using the trolley and renting a bike are other great options to get around. Hoping to come back to this lovely location again.

Ours was a return visit to this condo from 2 years ago and enjoyed a relaxing two week vacation including walks on the beach, shopping and bar hopping.

We had a lovely, relaxing week at the beach! This condo has a beautiful view of sunrise over the bay and sunset over the ocean (visible at least while we were there - not sure if sunset would be visible from balcony in winter but a quick 3 min walk to the beach and you’ll be very pleased!). The beach of this club was well kept and the best on the island!! And the restaurants and ice cream shop across the street were nice to hop over to enjoy. CVS is also very close (walkable) across the street. Publix was a $9 Uber - or the second time we had the groceries delivered from their Publix/Instacart app. We appreciated the cooler and noodles and chairs for pool/beach! Having flown it was nice to have something! (Coozies for drinks would be a great addition!) The pictures are accurate - the kitchen has granite countertops and the shower is updated. The unit could afford a few more updates - mainly a new faucet and fan in bathroom and new coat of paint everywhere; some new towels and comforter could also make the place feel less dated. The mattress is firm which I was worried at first but I slept fine - it was not an issue for me (and some people love firm mattresses!). TV is ~32” and is fine but not really visible from the bed if trying to watch something before sleep. Not a big deal but again - perhaps an update to consider down the road. The 2 seat recliners are fine - better than an uncomfortable couch you can’t lounge on! No dishwasher which is not a deal breaker but you’re left with whatever the previous people washed and we had to rewash a few dishes since it seemed the folks before us just didn’t clean the dishes very well. (Not the owner’s fault as I wouldn’t expect them to inspect every dish between each booking). I didn’t love the request to do a load of towels before your stay ends - mainly bc you have to pay (they provide one load-worth of Tide though) and the W/D are in the lobby. Had the W/D been in the unit I wouldn’t have cared one bit - just a tad inconvenient to get quarters and have to plan out the visit to laundry room and such. All in all we had a lovely stay and loved the proximity to the beach and the views from the condo! Jack was very responsive and easy to work with! Thanks for letting us enjoy some R&R in FL by the beach!

We enjoyed our time in Fort Myers Beach and our stay in the condo was lovely. Thank you, Jack and Connie, for the new chairs on the balcony! They are perfect! We appreciated the good communication with Jack and Connie and felt at home in their condo. We would certainly rent from them again!

The private beach was absolutely amazing in addition to the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The beach walks were superb since we could walk forever. The pool was wonderful, warm and inviting. The plaza across the street had great restaurants to select from - we ate at the Sandbar & Grille twice and Fish Tales once - and CastAway's Bar & Grill had a different band with great dance music every night. Additionally, a CVS was within a block so that was perfect, however. I read many reviews about the about the cleanliness of the condo but I am very particular about clean sheets, clean towels and unmarred walls therefore my opinion (which I understand varies from person to person) was a bit different. I ended up purchasing alternative sheets to sleep on and purchased beach towels to use as well. Additionally, the "ocean-view" was slightly obstructed but still offered amazing sunsets (if I leaned around the railing to see it). And one of the elevators in our building was broken most of the week which caused some delays during our stay. Regardless, we always enjoy our vacation and try to make the very best of it and of course I cannot say enough about that amazing beach.

The room was small and old. No dishwasher so all the dishes were dirty when we used them. Bathroom floor molding was dirty. Closet was filled so we had no where to put our suitcases or hang our clothes! Besides we had to wash the towels we used and pay to do it! VRBO is overpriced and we were disappointed in our room. The bed was comfortable

My husband and I were married on the beach directly in front of this property two years ago so this is our Happy Place. We especially love the location because of the proximity of Santini Plaza (with shops, restaurants/bars) across the street, CVS just a short walk away, and driving exit from the south end of the island. It is much quieter than the north end. This unit has a great view of the water and the owners are always very responsive to questions. The bottle of wine they leave for you is a nice touch too! Thank you for another great vacation week.

Loved Estero Beach and Tennis Club! Our condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Loved the views of the ocean as well as Santini - the lights at night were beautiful. The pool was heated at 89 degrees which was wonderful. We enjoyed the friendliness of all the other tenants too. Perfect location as you can walk to many restaurants and stores.

Just a lovely place to stay, The beach view was just heaven, we sat on the balcony a lot, listening to the waves.. We were so relaxed and slept like a baby the entire week.. The bottle of wine and snack was very Nice touch.. There were restraunts, shops within walking distance.. We walked the beach everyday and picked up many unique shells to bring home.. We do plan on a return visit in the near future ..Thank you Jack and Connie for going out of you way to make our Vacation memorable..

Jack was such a pleasure to deal with. This is by far the most pleasurable experience I have had on vacation rental. The condo is perfect for a couple. Everything you could possibly need is there waiting for you. My husband and I enjoyed this condo and location. Jack went above and beyond my expectations. Best vacation ever. We had a great experience at the condo! The proximity to the trolly made it exceptionally convenient to Ft. Myers Beach.

Unit was perfect for my husband and I. The furniture was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice side view of the ocean.
