We had a great stay at the condo, comfy beds, loved having a TV in each room. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome too!

What an awesome weekend! I originally thought it would suck to be on the third floor, however, being elevated on the patio in the mornings and evenings, we could see forever. We even saw a couple of coyotes patrolling their area every evening. Kitchen was great, everything worked fine and plenty of kitchen tools to accommodate.Having two bathrooms was ideal, with two teenagers and an 8 year old, it was a necessity.Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably with extra blankets, sheets and pillows available. Although the weather was not the best for beach activities, being able to retreat back to the condo for food and games was choice. The only negative I would have, would be the distance to the grills. I typically use a grill more that my stove or oven in the house. Having to schlep everything down stairs and across the parking lot was not ideal, but definitely doable. It’s good to have an 8 year old to run back and forth from the condo to get me grill items. My family would absolutely stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place for good family and friend time.Thanks again The Werners

Everything was good except “the beach view” was a far stretch. The unit was very cute and clean! Loved the decorations!! There was enough bath towels for a family of 4. Short walk to the pool.

The condo was exactly as described. Really nice location and relaxing room. Awesome to have beach toys/chairs available for use during your stay. Rental itself was perfect. The only downside was the pool. It was really nice and awesome to cool off in, just needs to be regulated. Multiple times my family left the pool area due to other patrons playing inappropriate music at inappropriate levels for a public (family) place.

Excellent weather , and short walk to beach! Pool and fitness room are a plus! Endless stretch of gulf beach to explore. Friendly people and great eating choices on N Padre Island! If you are looking to relax this condo is a perfect tropical vacation. Nicely decorated and comfortable for a family of four !

This condo was one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. Everything was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautifully furnished condo. It was a nice walk to the beach. There were plenty of towels. It WAS a little difficult to climb to the third floor, as there is no elevator. Thank goodness my daughter and her husband were with us. The power was out for a while, due to heavy winds one night, but that couldn't be helped, and they restored it as soon as they could. We weren't happy with the coffeemaker. There was no insert to put the coffee filter in so it was messy to clean up. The owner said she just uses the packets of coffee in the self contained filters. We are very picky about our coffee and had brought grounds with us. In order to use them we had to go buy a basket filter to use. I would invest in a new coffee maker. The pots and pans could be updated. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend the location.
