The caretaker/general handyman was pleasant but obviously overworked.

I walked to the location to check in from a local sport venue and was 30 mins early. The Manager was rude, abrupt, not on site and spoke to the caretaker. he did let me check in early but was very unprofessional. The bed sheets were dirty, there was brown stuff on the walls in the bathroom, the TV had no remote control and the caertaker said just use the switches on the side of the TV, no manual button to change the volume, kitchen poorly stocked with miss-matched lids for the pots and pans,only sharp knife was a box cutter/stanley knife in a kitchen drawer, old food from previous guests in cupboard, no complimentay tea, coffee, milk, bathroom soap, tiny microwave, inadequate crockery for a 2 bedroomed apartment. Torn and worn sofas with a rug thrown over one to cover previous wear and tear. Both bedrooms had missing switches for the overhead fans and one bedroom had a TV cabinet for a bedside table!

Maintenance and cleanliness. The room on arrival wasn't very well cleaned. I wouldn't have my grandchildren there for more then 1 or 2 nights as there were disturbances from the permanent residents constantly.
