We had a good vacation and enjoyed the beach. Very nice spot on the coastline. Overall the condo was as advertised. However, the cleaning could be improved. We essentially found the dishes dirty and had to wash all of them before we could use them. Also had 2 days of hammering and work noises from the condo above us. Some reconditioning going on during the day.

Beautiful view nice room. It could use a REALLY GOOD CLEANING. I'm sorry to complain but after paying a cleaning fee of a couple of hundred dollars I expected alot cleaner room. Cob webs and dust everywhere. Your policy for leaving the room as clean as it was when we arrived really is BS. I mean if you're making me pay a cleaning fee DONT ASK ME TO DO THE JOB MYSELF.

Our vacation plans changed last minute because we had to attend a funeral. The owners were very accommodating and were able to get us set up at their condo in less than 24 hours. The condo was great! The only major hiccup we had was that bc we had a funeral we had to attend that morning we got on the road late and had what should have been a 10 hour drive become close to a 15 hour drive and when we finally arrived our code to the condo did not work. The number I had was not for emergencies and although I called and called and called, texted and texted and texted at 1 am my husband, myself and 3 teenage kids had to sleep in the car. The management company did apologize and issued a refund. I would suggest having an emergency line that has a live person answer 24 hours a day for emergencies like all the other owners do in the Phoenix properties. My only other issue was the master sink faucet handle was broken and needs to be replaced otherwise we had a great time. We would definitely stay again!

Over all the condo was very nice. Looks just like the pictures. Inside pool was nice the hot tub was small but worked well and very warm. The only issue was the fitness center and sauna were locked, during the day that's not a problem you get the key from the front desk. But after 5 there is no one at the desk. I would recommend this unit.
