We booked this property to celebrate my wife's 70th Birthday. It easily accomodated 3 kid's, 15 grandkids, close friends and family for miles around. Within walking distance of the shore and Rockport/Fulton restaraunts and boats. Loved it.

Property was dirty when we got there. Beds were unmade, some trash laying around, smell of cigarette smoke inside the house. Misty had a cleaning crew come out right away and took care of it while my wedding party and I left for rehearsal. Place is great. We were worried in the beginning but we love this location.

At first, I felt uneasy with my choice, then we arrived and settled in, in a little amount of time the group was more relaxed than other places we a have stayed in. The location is perfect.

We went as a group of friends! We had a great time! The location is perfect. The area was perfect for the kids and the most popular bar in Rockport was steps away! The owners were very responsive and had someone out there to help us when we thought we had a problem. We definitely would recommend this place for a big group!

We had 5 couples in our group, this place worked out perfectly, couple had the own space and then we could all be together outside. GREAT PLACE

We had a group of 10 ladies for my 50th Birthday Shopping Trip to Rockport . This was the perfect place to be. When shopping for a house I was torn between a location on the water or this unique rental . Let’s say we were not disappointed! It was perfect for a unique girls getaway glamping trip . We thought it was better than the pictures in the listing. Everything was clean , plenty of towels, hot tub was clean and amazing, we shopped but loved the place so much we basically hung out there the whole weekend . Our host went above and beyond with my sister to surprise me with 50th birthday decor all over the property and lots of special birthday welcome gifts. Yes, we would return for another trip . Thanks for all the special touches to make this an amazing birthday celebration!!!!

This property was perfect for our large party that came for Oysterfest weekend. We were able to walk to the festival and to the many bars and restaurants on Fulton Beach road. We were also able to watch the parade from the rooftop deck and avoid all the crowds. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a one of a kind, kitschy rental with plenty of space for a large group. The owner was also super helpful and friendly and had everything ready for us well before we planned to check in. Worth every penny and will definitely be booking this rental for our next visit.

What a great, unique venue. Misty has done a wonderful job with the property - everything was very clean and she has paid a lot of attention to details throughout the property. It was perfect for a large group of friends, family and hosting business associates. There are great spots to get together as a group and still have the ability to get some time to yourself and separate sleeping quarters.
It's also close, short walking distance to many restaurants, bars and attractions in the area.
We will be visiting again, and I would recommend this property to anyone.
