The property was warm and clean, and communication was great! We would stay here again if looking for a few nights in Bangor.

Good location to get things done in Bangor.

Nice modern apartment, fun contemporary decor, with fun small rooftop deck and spacious high ceilings. Place was clean and tidy when we arrived. You can't beat the location for a walkable exploration of Bangor's center.

It’s unfortunate for me to leave this review but I’m doing so since I am a host myself and would never treat guests like this who pay money for their vacation away. We were locked out in the middle of the night due to extremely poor and unsafe access to get into our condo, which also includes relying on other guests in the building to get inside 3 doors (with 3 different keys, sharing 2 of them). We never received an emergency contact phone number after asking multiple times and the host never responded to do anything to help us and we were forced to leave our vacation an entire day and night early (from a 2 night stay). It’s been 2 weeks and host is still extremely slow/unresponsive and did not seem phased by the situation we were put in. Also, FYI it is not handicap accessible or good for anyone who may not be able to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs and down a long hallway. We also asked the host to bring us new batteries since the AC wouldn’t work bc the remote was broken and he said the cleaning lady would look into it and never heard anything again. I hope the host can treat his future guests with much more hospitality than we got, especially for how much you pay, and that you do not get locked out feeling unsafe as 3 girls the way we did (but probably will because there are multiple lockboxes shared with other random people in town who you are relying on to put it back correctly/every time)

Great location and great host, NO complaints

We booked this property to be nearby U Maine and do some exploring of Acadia. This location was perfect. The modern sofas that converted to futon beds in the living space were just right for the teenagers traveling with us. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated having a washer and dryer as we had just travelled up from NYC where the pollen was very high so the opportunity to wash our clothes and jackets was extremely helpful. The only feedback I have is that the apt. needs more pillows (only 3 that we found). The key boxes on the outside could be tricky but we got the hang of it and we were told they were being replaced soon. Overall would recommend both the location and the specific unit/manager.

Derek’s downtown Bangor property is gorgeous. I went alone, but it’s so spacious, and feels larger still because of the floor to ceiling living room windows, that it would be great and so romantic for a couple, too! (My anniversary is approaching- beautiful space plus Bangor is gritty-hip-awesome with more mouthwatering restaurants than I had time to sample- hoping it’s available❤️) Spotless 1 bedroom, lovely exposed brick and regular wall material fusion (Sheetrock? No idea. Wall material) that is beautiful, creative- LOVED the wall art, full kitchen, utensils, pots/pans/napkins- a really restful place. Walkable to great places, all of which that I encountered had either outdoor dining, order snd pickup, delivery, eat-in or all of the above. You should rent time there. Just not during my anniversary stay ;) Easy parking, code lock on door- no key to lose (great for me), and Derek was so nice as well as helpful and responsive. I 100% want to return.
