Owner very responsive, home had everything that we needed. I was nice to have the bicycles and a couple beach chairs. The sunroom was a great gathering space and overlooks the pool area. Conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you so much for the a wonderful trip with lots of great memories.

This house was perfect! Close to the beach and very spacious! We really enjoyed biking to the beach and they had everything we needed! The pool was awesome! So nice to have the choice of swimming in a pool vs the ocean! The owner, Linda, was wonderful when we mentioned a few things that needed attention! My group& I (6 of us) just finished spending a week at this house. I speak for all of us when I say we absolutely loved this place! The location of the property is central and ideal. We loved the layout and the open floor plan with abounding light making it a cheerful place to wake up in the morning and in the evening it transformed into a cozy place to return to after our daily adventures. The host, Linda was lightning fast with any communication and this further made for a seamless vacation. When I come to Marco island again I will seek out this listing first. My family of 5 and I usually rent condos or houses when we travel for space, kitchen and cost. Linda's home is one of our favorites. Location is fantastic. 0.9miles walk to public beach, nearby park and easy to head north to Fort Myers or East to Big Cypress (check out Nathaniel Reed Visitor Cypress at Big Cypress) or Everglades. Her home was a relaxing home base and communication was always excellent even right after hurricane Ian. Great home and great value! We will certainly stay here again if (we're hoping when) we return to Marco Island.

Linda is an amazing host to work with. There were a few issues but that was to be expected since the hurricane had just hit. Linda went above and beyond to make everything right for us as well. Prior to the hurricane I guarantee we wouldn't have had any issues. I highly recommend this house. It was a very nice house in a nice location.

Nice house for our family on Marco— good communication with host. A few issues post hurricane Ian (no washer/ dryer, but sounds like new ones arrive right after our stay), but great communication about everything. We appreciated the beach toys/ chairs to use at the beach

We loved our stay here. We have no complaints. The house was really clean which is always what we look for in a place to stay.

This special home was exactly how it's described. It was clean, inviting, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We had a wonderful time while enjoying the pool, fishing off the dock and seeing the cute burrowing owl next door. We love the location and its closeness to the beach, church, shopping and restaurants. Just a bike ride away! Finally, we're so grateful for the great communication with our host.

Beautiful home on the water. Easy access to everything. Close enough to public beach access to drop off everyone and ride a bike. Plenty of beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, bikes, towels and blankets. I would stay there again!

We loved our stay in Marco Island! The provided bikes were the icing on the cake! Beautiful clean home right on the lanai with a pool…Linda was easy to communicate with and made sure we were taken care of. With a family of 5 having the 5 bikes was key as we loved riding to the beach everyday and we were even close enough to ride to restaurants and shopping areas. The grounds all around Marco are well groomed and made it a beautiful sight seeing ride. Thank you for sharing your home!

The property was well equipped and everyone enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. Even though the property states it sleeps 8, the couches were every uncomfortable even for children and the air matteress deflated. It does sleep 6 comfortably. There was ssome damage to the edge of the pool which we reported to the owner, but it did not deter from our enjoyment. The closest beach was private so needed to tdrive to public beaches.

The home was very accomodating. and stocked with plenty of spices etc for cooking. The pool and beach towels were a real plus. The beach entrance was a little further away than we had anticipated. We have knee problems so we dropped off our daughter and her family and explored the beauty of the island. They all enjoyed the wonderful beach. Unfortunatley the neighbors across the canal were building a dock and it was a very noisy week. Thanks Linda and Kevin for sharing your home.

House was great. Kids liked the pool. I caught a few catfish off the dock. Wife liked the bikes and close distance to the beach.
