There was bugs all over my suite case and Jair all over the bathroom

Very new and nice appearance no parking on site you could use side street which was turned out to be fine.our room was on second floor all flooring was tile but the acoustics were terrible the ice machine was so loud and people next room over could be heard all night wouldn't choose to stay again

It’s definitely not economic, for what I paid although last minute and granted it’s a holiday weekend the room should’ve been $75 cheaper. It’s insanely small but worth it if you just needed a room on a long road trip.

This was without a doubt, the worst and strangest hotel experience of my life. My girlfriend and I showed up at the hotel at 1:15 and asked if we could check in. The employee at the desk was immediately flustered and said check in was 3:00 and that there was no way. We politely asked if it was possible if a room became available to check in early. His reactions were so odd and rude. We asked if there was somewhere we could leave our luggage and he offered the lobby. No back room, just right in the lobby. We put our bags down and sat in the lobby. About 5 min later, he said a room was available but it would be $50 to check in early. This wasn’t something I had ever heard of after extensive traveling. If a room becomes available a little early, I’ve always been allowed to just check in. I asked if there was a manager that I could speak to about the fee. He said no. We sat in the lobby discussing this and the employee decided that he was going to cancel our reservation. He said we were being rude to him. Then the manager walked in. We told him the story and told him to look at the cameras in the lobby to prove how calm we were the whole time. And if they read this, I still hope they do. The manager took the employees side even though he admitted they do early check in for free all the time. The hotel is a franchise so no corporate office. We had to figure out a new spot on the other side of the island. Pay for a $40 uber. And still have no confirmation of a refund.

Upon entering it was a very clean hotel and the staff was accommodating!

Good availability of parking in the neighborhood behind it. The place was quiet, and had fresh pastries in the morning, the coffee you had to make yourself though. I drove into Manhattan on both days when meeting up friends so it worked out for me.
