We had a wonderful time. The house had everything you could possibly need and it is in a phenomenal location. We are already talking about coming back here again.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. We had ages 4-68, we had plenty of room to gather together or have some private time. The owners were quick to answer questions before and during our visit. The golf cart that is offered with house was handy in transporting our beach gear to and from the beach. Would highly recommend this house.

Property was exactly as described and worked great for our party of 12 adults and 6 active children. We had a wonderful family vacation. The huge dining table made for memorable meals together. The arcade game, pool table and pool kept the kids and the adults entertained alike. Use of the golf cart made trekking to the beach with all the gear required for children obsolete, we even used it to shuttle everyone.

Soggy Dollar was a perfect house for our family of 18, ages ranging from 2-62. The huge kitchen was well stocked and perfect for making meals for a crowd. There were plenty of spacious bedrooms, most with attached bathrooms. The pool got a lot of use and the beach was a short walk away. Having a golf cart to get around was an added bonus. The porches were a favorite spot for reading, talking or just enjoying each other! I can’t say enough about how easy and nice communication was with the owners. Any message I sent was answered within an hour. And Brian even stopped by a few times to check if we needed anything. If ever we’re back in the Myrtle Beach area, we will definitely stay here!

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful stay at Soggy Dollar I. There was ample room for all of us and the kitchen is well stocked. We all enjoyed the game room and loved the salt water pool. The walk to the beach was minimal and doable for all of us. The elevator and golf cart were added bonuses, especially for the older generation. Brian is a very responsive host and we would highly recommend this home for your next family vacation!

The house is located very conveniently to the beach -- a very short walk in a nice neighborhood -- and is an easy driving distance from restaurants, shopping, and other activities. It was the cleanest house we've ever stayed, and the spacious bedrooms with multiple kin beds were appreciated. The owners were very responsive to a minor need and were extremely pleasant to deal with.

The house was perfect for our family reunion! Being that there were 5 families (12 people total), the main floor provided a perfect gathering spot for meals and hanging out. We loved that the kitchen table had seating for 12 people (with additional counter space). We ate several meals at the house so the fact that the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, utensils, etc. was very beneficial! We absolutely loved the pool for a late afternoon volleyball game since the beach was too windy for any ball sports. We were there for 1 week so the house was also spacious enough for each family to have their our own personal space when we needed it. The game room on the first floor was perfect for the teens to hang out late at night playing video games, pool and fuse ball. (The adults enjoyed it too.) We all enjoyed the decks where could see the ocean and enjoyed a cup of coffee as family slowly woke up. This house is unique that each room has a twin bed and a king or queen bed. Plus, there are 6 1/2 bathrooms where each family had their own space to make it their own. The golf cart was helpful to carry items to the beach and explore the area. Lastly, the house is managed by the owners so they responded quickly to any questions we had. We LOVED this house and would recommend it time after time!

The property was great and my family enjoyed the game room tremendously. Everyone had their own bathroom and then some. Great water views from the balconies. I would definitely stay here again.
