Location

It was very clean and convenient to the ski slopes

The apartment is very beautiful and well equipped, the seating area, the sofa, as well as the beds were VERY comfortable. The location is also perfect for skiing, just a few meters from the telecabin to Cry d‘Er. We were traveling with two kids (10yo, 4mo) and loved how calm the apartment/ building and the surrounding was. The concierge of the building was also very friendly and helped us when we had an issue with our car.

Unfortunately, the boiler of the building broke which left us without hot water for almost two days. The Phoenix team was very responsive during that time and managed to navigate the situation as good as possible. They were also kind enough to partially refund us for the days without hot water which we really appreciated. Despite the issue we had, we wholeheartedly can recommend staying here.

Great apartment in the heart of Crans, very walkable and close to the ski lift and golf course. Steps away from the supermarket, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. The apartment is a corner unit, modern, clean, convenient with dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. A beautiful big balcony with dining table and grill.
