The room was very cozy and the lighting in the room made it very comfortable to wind down after a long day. The bed was very comfortable.
The lighting in the corridor and the lift was too dark, it was a little daunting to navigate around the corridors and the numbers on the lift buttons were very hard to see.

It was clean and in a great location.
The internet was slow especially at night. if you’re checking in past 8pm, there’s sometimes no one at the counter. We had to call the number so that someone would open the door

The rooms were clean and comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the shared area was really great.
The lifts and hallways had a very bad combined smell of sewage and insecticide but this smell wasn't found in the room which was good. it was especially bad in the lift. Also the wifi did not work for us at all in our room which was a big pain point.

I like the room design modern but abit dark then cleanliness I can give 9/10. The rest so far very good but the staff is not so experience I saw they are trainee. I think they should have more training when traveller asking the questions about Taiwan it could help more friendly and feel comfortable.

The hotel is well located and is about 6min walk from the train station. It has many eateries situated around the hotel. The staff was very nice and helped to carry our luggage to our room when we checked in. The room is spacious for 2 person.
All is good. Nothing to dislike.

Friendly and helpful staff, room was spacious. Nice lounge to rest in - microwave, washing machine and dryer available for use.
Location is 5-7mins walk away from train station. Would be abit of an issue if its raining.

I reserved a deluxe double room and my room was smaller than I expected. There was no couch as the pictures showed. And I had a chance to peek other deluxe double rooms and they were much bigger and there was a couch in each as the pictures showed. Maybe I wasn't lucky and was assigned the smallest room of all the deluxe double rooms. The pillows were too hard and high, and Wi-Fi was spotty and very slow.
