Great property in excellent location, just a block away from the Powder tower. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and facility is well maintained. Only one down side is that even though the room is well kept in cleaned everyday, the cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. It was a just quick job that could have done better. Overall, the hotel is great, would stay again, J would remind the front desk to do a better job on cleaning the bathroom. 4.5 out 5 start.

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel for 2 nights. Beautiful interior, very helpful and friendly staff, great meal service. They helped me to book the tour and Mozart opera dinner inside hotel which was a great surprise. Cozy theater, opera atmosphere, professional singers.
Highly recommend to everyone. The location is perfect with 2-3 minutes walk to old square and great shopping.
