Lovely friendly staff at this hotel (as is usual in this hotel chain).
Room was fine. Clean, decent shower, coffee machine, fridge, safe, comfortable bed…..
Shower leaked a little but other than all was good.
Only downside for us is that there is no provision at all for vegans - no vegan wine, nothing on room service menu (based on this we never tried breakfast). This is unusual for a Leonardos hotel in our experience.
Overall a great centrally located hotel,

Krakow is a walkable city, and this hotel provides a very good base; just a ten minute walk to the main square. Rooms are not large, but fine. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom well equipped. The breakfast was excellent with an exceptional selection of food that should meet all tastes.

This is the ONLY hotel you should consider staying at in Krakow. It’s has something for everyone - bring your wife and kids. Bring your mistress when the wife and kids are at home. Bring a group of 17 for a stag do. The staff were friendly and very helpful, whether we needed help with the local culture or locating a missing person, they had it. Massive thank you to Natalya and Angelica, you were great and were both very understanding and very forgiving (huge apology about the sign)

Very clean hotel within walking distance of old town. Staff was very helpful ans booked 2 dinner reservations for us. Very comfortable beds and extra care taken by housekeeping. A definite excellent staff. Would definitely come back
