I would not give this property a 9+ rating. It was clean and serviceable but not higher end

Clean room, attentive host, free breakfast. Location is great. The entrance is a little funky and eleveator only worked once, so be prepared to walk up 3 flights, which was fine for us, just FYI.

Gorgeous room, elevator access and great host

Room was okay for the 1 night we stayed.
Didn't love the area around though. Photos online look better than in person.
Staff and communication were great though.
