it was great

I had a cancelled flight so I missed 1 night of accommodation, I still payed for the night but i did not mind as it was worth it. The staff were so so so lovely, they would say hello and greet you whenever you were to walk through the lobby. The room its self was so spacious and comfortable, it has everything you needed, mini fridge kettle, TV, Iron etc. The balcony was also nice as well as the location!

The WIFI isn't the greatest, majority of the time it would disconnect and I would have to walk down stairs and reconnect. But thats just me being picky

Great location only minutes away from all the good bits. A charming building with a shaded courtyard. Fantastically comfy bed, with very comfy pillows. Really excellent breakfast. All service with a smile. A reserved parking space right outside the hotel.

The shower doors leaked which meant that the bathroom floor got pretty wet but it was a minor inconvenience easily outweighed by all the positives.

This is for room #5. Garbage including Q-tips left from previous guest on floor. Paint peeling and spilled over onto window trim and appliance cords. Unfinished walls with exposed wires. Outdated interior. Peeling vinyl on headboard. Cheap thin sheet that didn't cover the bed. Random pipes coming from floor in bathroom. Shampoo reused from previous guest. I didn't feel respected staying here with how dirty and cheap it looks.. This is really sloppy and not worth the price.

Staff very friendly & everything was good

The apartment was great and spacious. It was at a good location near Shirok Sokak. The staff were very friendly and helpful and make customers feel welcome.

Everything else was just fine.

The room could be cleaned little more. There was dust on the night stand and as soon as I took my shoes off my socks were dirty from the floor.

What I reserved, was different from what I got. First, the Apartment we were situated in was just below the roof top. Rooms space was missing. Not a deluxe, at all. Second, i found on booking that its highly rated by Families, but the Apartment we got was on the third floor and very hard to rach with two babies. Furthermore, there were stairs within the apart, which made our stay even more under pressure because we had to look at our kids 100% of the time. Third, I reserved a parking spot and expected that it will be in front of the building. False expectation! Its was in front of the Hotel (which is btw separated from the Apart building) and its 500m away. Fourth, the breakfast is in the Hotel!😶 (walking there with two kids in the morning, knowing our car is there!).

Very large room, comfortable. Right in the center of the city but still easy to find. Free safe parking.

The location is superb and we easily parked in front of the hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and warm. There was music playing late, but it didn’t bother any of us while sleeping.

The room we booked was at a different location nearby (5min walk), but luckily they had a free room for us at the hotel. I wish I knew that before booking, because this hotel is all about location. The room wasn’t dirty but not mopped.
