The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting.

Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments.

Small apt., which was perfect for me. Everything was clean. There was a floor fan which was badly needed, given the summer heat. And the tube stations were close by. All perfect.

Clean and great location for event I attended on Park Lane. Great value for money.
