The hotel is not maintain well , no receptionist, no security , no restaurants , no cleaning

Inside the suite was nice as advertised, and justvwhatcwe needed, and it was nice to have shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.

The resort is very run-down...mold everywhere on the building, roof in view off balcony covered with black plastic, pool was mirky for 2 days, jetted spa not working. In the room the pillows were terrible, there were no dish towels, the beach chairswere rusty...could alsoo put in more comfortable beds and re-varnish the patio furniture

Good location

I call the manager office 3 times to help us to result a problem and no one show up. No one call back to tell us they not coming. I was waiting for nothing. The communication or the professionalism is very bad beacause when a call, they tell me some one will come But the 3 times no one never come.
