This was truly the best possible stay we could have asked for!! We got the King Room with Spa Bath that also came with a small balcony which was a nice surprise! The air con in the rooms is climate controlled which was absolutely perfect as we stayed during really high temperatures so we had it on the lowest setting and coming back to the room after being in the heat all day was just amazing because of this. The breakfast is also a standout feature. They give you a breakfast voucher for a cafe round the corner and each morning you can get a cappuccino, cold drink, croissant AND pizza slice per person! It was just so useful as we always started the day with a full stomach and a cold drink and the staff serving were so lovely and really enjoyed seeing them each morning. The spa bath in the room was amazing and really helped when relaxing after a long day of walking. Daily cleaners make up your room and replaces the coffee you can use in the coffee machine (another amazing feature of the room!). The room did start getting a little dusty towards the end of our stay so I don't think they vacuum but we stayed for 2 weeks and otherwise was exceptionally clean. Emmanuelle was so nice and really cared about our stay, checking in throughout. Any issues we did have were fixed instantly or had already been fixed by the time we mentioned it! These issues were only that the air con had stopped working and no hot water one morning. Truly the best - we will be back!

What a charming place in the popular luxury shopping district and only 5min walk to Spanish steps. Very walkable safe area day/night. They have an elevator which is very rare in Rome. We had a cute little terrace with plants and jetted tub in room. We had a Large room with comfortable bed, old wood beams, with beautiful artwork. Wonderful friendly front desk host who was very helpful in arranging luxury private car to and from airport for good price. Great service they provided. We pre-paid for breakfast and the Cafe had the best croissants we had in all of Europe trip. It’s the perfect place to stay while in Rome.
