Excellent location, only 10 steps from the beach. Nice and quiet, stylish rooms, super clean.
There's a little shared balcony in the front for a smoke, and a cafe downstairs with great coffee, cakes and a small breakfast menu.
The room comes with an umbrella, beach flipflops, beach bag and beach towels.
You can use the beach chairs of Lima bar on the beach. We booked for 3 but ended up staying 5 nights. Would 100% recommended this place.

The property is perfectly located right next to the beach. Room was nice and clean with complementary snacks ( rare these days ). Staff were super helpful, we will use again for sure.
Checking in needs you to phone someone to come down and meet you as no way to get in and no system to contact someone to let you in.

The picture on the website let people think that there is a bar in the hotel.
But no the bar on the picture is the bar of the neighbor. A bit disappointing.
I booked this place to have the chance to hang out with people next to the billiard but I have never seen this place.
Other confusing information : they don't provide breakfast. You need to go to a restaurant where you get 10% discount. This restaurant is very nice but super expensive.

very nice,clean room with all facilities :) we only stayed for one night but would recommend for sure. there is also a coffee shop within the apartment place.
would be nice to have breakfast as an option.

The rooms, although small, were clean and kept clean daily
The Booking.com advert listed the property as Beachfront. It isn’t. There are no storage facilities other than shelves, the rooms are tiny and the bathroom is a wet room so the toilet area is constantly wet. The sink has no hot water or plug so shaving is not easy or pleasant.

The room has a stylish decoration. It locates in the touristic area, the vibe is chilling and relaxing. It's 1 minute to the White Sand beach (Sai Kaew).
When I arrive the room, the staff had already turned on the air-con to welcome me in the most comfortable way.
The hotel also offers to you the flipflop, towel and bag to go to the beach.

This hotel was great value for money and really cute. There aren't a lot of bells and whistles but if you're just looking for a nice room for a few nights near the beach it's great.
Ideally having a separate shower rather than wet room (or even a shower curtain) would be nice but everything was really clean and nice so it was fine for a few nights.

Nice location close to the beach, the room was clean and very comfortable.
Nice coffee shop downstairs as well.
Hard to communicate with the management... They also forgot to clean my room cause I didn't let the sign outside "make my room" but I didn't know I had to put it as no one mentioned it to me.. So that's was a bit disappointing when I came back from the beach and I saw my room not made, but they did their best to fix this problem.
