The reviews were so terrible for this property we were pretty nervous but it was okay for the price. We stayed in this property 2 nights and 3 of us and it was far cheaper than getting 3 rooms in a hotel. The location is good, it needs sprucing up inside, it’s extremely basic but good for busy days out in London and a place to sleep. We did not see any ants or insects!
It is old and it is tired. But doesn’t deserve the slating reviews, just don’t have high expectations. It’s a place for friends to stick together to sleep, that is what you pay for and that is what you get. No frills, not fancy. Excellent value for London. Just be a bit brave for your first shower! The pics are either from years ago or are touched up with AI.

Love the area and it was spacious

The location was good. A fan was provided on each room. The fridge was good and the microwave oven was good.
Many things were broken. Like drawers and some beds. Fans were slow. TV did not view any videos. There was no manual with it. The host was unresponsive. Every message went unanswered.
