No pudimos utilizar la piscina porque estaba en tratamiento, pero aún asi nuestra estancia fue muy agradable

Soo clean and modern and beautiful and comfortable!! Like a little mini 5 star hotel! I loved this place! They literally think of everything and every little detail for the room that no other hotels at this budget think of! I’d definitely stay here again!! I slept the best of all my stays in Indonesia. Bed is so soft clean and comfortable with amazing 4 pillows! Super clean and thought out thank you!

Staff and owners were lovely, always saying hello and helped us book our boat trip. Location quite nice just a short cycle to the main front. Room really nicely decorated too and great shower.

Katara was an amazing place to stay! All of the staff were super friendly and always made us feel welcome, a lovely family atmosphere and the owners were always so helpful with everything we needed!

Property is adjacent to a residential house, who played loud music all day, with the open bathrooms it was like the music was in our room. The hotel tried but couldn't prevent this. Bikes were poor and imo shouldn't be charged out. Breakfast was adequate/bit disappointing. The biggest disappointment was the property having no generator, so we had no air conditioning one night with a power cut, I would have expected a refund on our last night. Because of the close proximity to the neighbour, our rooms were filled with cigarette smoke over two days. Pool is in the shade, no area to really relax. Keep the price point at hostel level, nothing more than this.

Staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From recommending the diving company to the massage lady when my partner pulled a muscle.

Such a lovely boutique hotel. Clean, quiet, wonderful restaurant and beautiful spacious rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and the owner even kindly allowed us to hop onto her journey into central Lombok.

Breakfast was different from everywhere else, nice touch. Staff were really friendly and the place was small but nice.

We paid a good amount of money thinking there were more facilities or bikes free of charge but we were a bit disappointed that it was pretty much the same that it is offered everywhere else

The rooms were a good size, had coffee/tea station, tv and comfortable bed. The pool was clean, well kept and a good size. Restaurant on site and bicycles to hire

It is a little walk into the Main Street but very easy to find once you’ve don’t it a couple of times. not a bother for us.

Staff was very friendly and remembered my name and always checked to make sure everything was good. Comfortable small room, great wifi, and breakfast was good. Also their kitchen in general for other food was great. Easily the best fries I've had in Indonesia for the past 2 months.

Place was listed on Booking.com as 4-stars. Not entirely sure where that came from. It was nice for the area but I'd consider it 2 maybe 3 stars but to be fair I am comparing to a Western metric. Also no space for lounge chairs/to hang out by the pool unless you are in one of the bottom rooms. Their room key also comes with giant wooden circular thing on it which makes it necessary to bring a bag to carry the key in as not accommodating for a pocket.

This was a lovely place, very clean room and great air conditioning, had a great sleep. The staff were very homely and welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast

amazing breakfast - loved the pancakes and fruits! very very nice room and nice AC. Last but not the least - Bonny and his team was extremely helpful and helped me with directions. They can basically help you with anything you need to know on this island.

Boutique hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds with soft bedding, bathroom fantastic, love that they were thoughtful having feminine products in the bathroom, nice touch you dont get anywhere. Lovely food menu, with homemade pies & sausage rolls as well as the usual, breakfast was delicious. free 24hr tea, coffee & ice cold water. Staff were fantastic.

Everything was great, my only thought is would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Bonnie and Itha help with absolute everything and are super nice!! The rooms are comfortable and clean!! We loved our stay here and even hung out with Bonnie and his friends that were visiting. Location is super close to everything by bicycle or even walking if yo don't mind walking maximum 30 minutes. Thanks Bonnie and Itha!!!

The is land itself can be a little messy but that has nothing to do with Katara, which felt super clean and comfortable!

Everything would be great if white trash old new zealanders were not so noisy. They were very loud and we couldn't relax in our room. I never could imagine that people could be so egoistic and ignorant.

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone in the area! The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms where immaculate! the pool was lovely! The food at the hotel it's incredible, as we are from the UK we really started to miss UK comfort foods and we had the homemade beef pie, chips and gravy and it's did not disappoint! By far the best pie I've probably had. Thanks again for all of you making this such a lovely experience!

Great place to stay in Gili if you want to be away from all noice on the main road. Very friendly staff and owner. My biggest recommendation.

The breakfast includes as much tea, coffee and cold water as you want. Fresh fruit salad prepared to order, super fresh! A menu for a warm breakfast is available, my partner enjoyed omelette and toast most mornings, again prepared fresh infront of you each morning. You can see the fresh ingredients in the fridge of the kitchen area. Bonnys kitchen served us well!

There is nothing to complain about, only that we couldnt stay longer!

Room was incredibly comfortable, bathroom was spotless (seemed basically brand new) and the staff were very helpful.

Bit of a walk to get too restaurants/the beach and the pool looked a bit dirty.
