We stayed in this apartment as a family of four — two adults and two kids. Overall, the location was excellent, and the apartment had some useful amenities like beach towels and an umbrella, which we appreciated. However, the experience was mixed. On the positive side, the apartment was conveniently located, and having basic beach supplies was a nice touch. The building also had an elevator, which is not always common in the area. Unfortunately, there were several downsides. One day, there was no hot water, which was inconvenient. The kitchen was poorly equipped — it only had a microwave and no kettle. The few dishes available were quite worn out. The elevator was very small and couldn’t fit our double stroller unless we removed one of the seats. Still, it was better than no elevator at all. Noise insulation was very poor — the windows were thin, and we could hear everything from the street. One of the windows in the living room was even broken, leaving a small gap to the outside. The air conditioners were extremely dirty on the inside, likely full of mold, so we avoided using them. One of the chairs was broken as well. The bed linens were technically clean but had stains on them, and it was unclear whether those were permanent or not. Given the price, we expected a higher level of comfort and cleanliness. Despite the great location, I wouldn’t return. But if you’re not too picky or sensitive, the place could still be an okay option.
