Room ideal to sleep what we were there for. In and out so for us was perfect. Check in keyless and easy.

I like how clean and quiet the place was. Also, it is quite accessible by bus and tube with a lot of restaurants in the surrounding.
What I did not like was the fact that there was no "refundable" option, but his maybe because I booked 24 hours to my arrival.

It was nice and cozy, the staff are very helpful
The shower could have been better but manageable

Location
No communication from the host despite multiple messages, phone calls and WhatsApps. Eventually got a response at 4pm on day of check in ( after check in time).
Bathroom door in the room was locked but managed to open it by turning with a card to the lock
Only one towel provided despite it being for 2 people
Walls were filthy and room looked like it never gets a proper clean.

"Limpio y cómodo, a unos 10 min de la estación de metro. Supermercados cercas y bien comunicado. Buena atención por parte del dueño (tuvimos un pequeño problema con la puerta y lo solucionó muy rápido..."
