Property and location is close to Somnath temple.
Not value for money. Service is worst and food not up to the mark. Staffs are not well trained to speak to the guests and handle guest requests. IRD closes at night and no option is left for people travelling with family and elderly members.

The staff was just amazing - at checkin at the restaurant, everywhere! The dinner was really good. The checkin experience was very smooth. The suite room was huge.
The breakfast was really below average. The idli and the dhokla were so hard that you could actually hurt someone by hitting them. Considering the room rate that they are charging, the breakfast options were limited and even within those options, the edibile ones were even more limited. The hotel badly needs a renovation. They try to keep it as clean as possible but at one point you need to get the hotel renovated. The bathroom door handle was so loose I was afraid it might come out. The lift also needs maintenance. The minute you step inside the lift the floor of the lift shakes as if it might fall down. Very very risky.

There was no toiletries, we booked family room, there was 2 coffee, we asked for, they refused, we asked for GM no. Mr Abu receptionist, he said ,we are not authorise to give GM no. We will share your he will call, we struggle for food discount bill, as it was mentioned on your website, they charged from us taxi driver food. Bad experience

Only the taste of the food was nice
From start we paid extra for early check in but were questioned and asked to wait
Bedsheets had stains and furniture chipped off
In the menu they had chicken leg piece pictures being a vegetarian hotel
We had 10% off on food when we asked about it they denied and said it is only in restaurant which was not mentioned anywhere
There is no guard always at the door and pathetic condition of rooms spoiling name of regenta group.

Staff , Location all thing are good, The only problem was, the food was there but the test was nothing special, if it works in the test as well as the presentation, it will be great.

We had paid breakfast.We ordered puri Bhakti which was tasty.
The rooms were ok but we observed that the bedsheets were not changed. Bedsheets were dirty and oily.When we complained all the staff members were smiling.No one cared to listen,however after lot of follow up it was changed.

Food was good in restaurant, design of room with 2 beds was superb, location was also good, had nearby good restaurants and all aspects in generally was good. Need taxi or vehicle to go to temple or beach in 15-20 mts. We would like to visit once more.

Entire facility and service Team, was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure that we all were happy and enjoying our time. They gave us a real feel for happiness. We all enjoyed so much in the resort. Our memories will last a lifetime.

Manager Mr Mishra deserves a lot. He is so capable to manage worst things wisely. Really appreciate his and his team's efforts to make our stay most memorable.
