The entrance to the apartment building was spotless and kept very clean. Having the two lifts was helpful. We liked the location as it was ideally situated between the town and the beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The apartment was exceptionally clean and presented. The linens were clean and fresh. The tiles complemented the apartments decoration and finishes perfectly. The sofa was extremely comfortable. Also the escalators up from the beach are very much appreciated!!!
Cost of parking which is over 18 euros a day in the underground parking does add a considerable amount to the cost of the stay. Would recommend advising future guests of the free parking available at the bottom end of the playa on the sea front which is approx 10 minute walk away.

It's a spacious apartment.
Beautiful modern bathroom.
Amazing beds and pillows.
Lots of extras like washing powder, washing up liquid etc.
Central location so never far from the shops, beach, transport.
Side sea view
The main door, the lock is so tricky. You have to concentrate to open it, I don't have the patience, lucky for me my friend did.
The apartment next door was renovating, knocking plaster off walls and it was so very noisy.
Sat in the balcony dust was coming from next door.
While this is not the owner of our apartment fault, I feel that we should have been notified of works going on, and given the choice of a different apartment or a reduction in price. At times I thought they would come through the wall.
