Great stop over on our way to Burgandy. Very clean and well furnished. Generous size bedrooms, well furnished without unnecessary 'frills'. The sitting out area was across the yard. Private off road parking. Short walk to Champagne tasting cellars and artisan boulangerie.

Downstairs toilet off the living room. That was in the description, but be aware! It's the only wc. The shower is upstairs.

Location and space for all of us. The facilities were simple and adequate. The cleanliness was exceptional. The surrounding views are magnificent. The bakery at the end of the road was also terrific. Spacious for 7 guests.

The terrace was not as photographed on the site and was not ready to be used. The weather was fabulous, and so we would have loved to have been able to enjoy the terrace. There is only 1 toilet. This is not enough with 7 guests. (Also, a little awkward for those longer visits to the toilet)

Very friendly owners and typical refurbished cozy local house that has huge bedrooms and a very nice (large) kitchen living room area. The location is perfect to explore the large number of Champagne houses around or go walking into the vineyards. The house is situated in the courtyard of the families horses and carries company with a farm feeling. Most important the fridge was stocked up with cool (very affordable) Champagne on arrival :-) , A very nice bakery is 2 minutes walk around the corner.

Minor comment, the patio is not immediately attached to the house but a few steps away across the courtyard, no big deal just a FYI

The house is really big and nice equipped, the host was okay also with our expected late arrival.

Very clean and new

Lacked some personal touches like lamp shades in bedroom and no shampoo or hand towells or welcome pack.

Breakfast not offered, we fixed our own meals, because everything we needed was there. A nice change from eating out all the time. Watching the owner work with his horses.

Having the toilet upstairs, but it’s really an insignificant thing. It’s location was probably due to the structure of the building. It was unique.

We loved it! Very friendly owners and the house is located right on their farm, with their horses, donkey, sheep, dogs etc. The location of the house is great, there are some superb champagne houses within walking distance and its just a short drive away from the epernay centre.

The house is quite noisy and if you dont like staying on a farm, with dogs running around etc, then this isnt the place for you.

Everything to like -it was amazing !
