The location and security was very good
Presentation of the room was fantastic though the microwave made a horrible squealing noise and I had a light out in the bathroom.

Property was clean and the beds were comfortable
The location was questionable. Accomodation was in a locked compound. We didn’t feel safe. The property is original 1960’s and due for a refurb.

Unfortunately my phone credit card and photo ID were stolen from y room on the first night of my 3 night stay
Staff were not very empathetic or helpful, luckily a long term resident was amazingly kind and helpful, lending me their phone so I could call and report theft, and stop card and phone hack

the property had a beautiful tropical vibe and the staff were absolutely wonderful. my friend and i received the best customer service by the amazing receptionist and it was overall the most down to earth and customer focused hotel I’ve been to

Perfect location central to everything. Coconut Grove apartments are welcoming to all pets as well, we were able to stay with our dog. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Friendly staff, great price for an upgraded room. Rooms clean. Close to local shops.
Too noisy, cigarette smoke easily wafting into our room due to the door not closing properly. Paid Washing machine does not always spin properly, leaving clothes soaking wet.

Everything noisy spew at my door step didn't get correct room and still paid full price for room. Didn't get safe number to collect key asked someone that stayed there couldn't contact noone at office I also selected pay at sight but they took my money out of my account

The location was good, easy access to everywhere in the area and parking just outside. The room was comfortable and the beds great. WiFi okay if a little patchy.
The property has poor sound insulation and our neighbors who were not overly loud could be easily heard. It was not helped that on the first night they were nocturnal. The next two nights were quiet on the whole. Not sure that the property is just used by tourists or business. We received a notification from the manager with a number to report anti-social behaviour if it occurred out of hours. Though we did not need to use it this did not create a good impression. We didn't use the pool as whenever we tried it was crowded with a group of children. Overall our stay was good but it could have been so much better.
