The staff are nice people, the hotel is nice and clean, they have a cafe attached to the property, the supermarket is across the road, houskeeping check all rooms everyday , for clean linen and to get rid of any rubbish you may have, the staff are helpful, it's not far the main railway station, you can get a tram from the station to the hotel, you don't need to pay for a taxi....Nothing

Nice place, big respect that they work despite the war, and provide accommodation for travelers.

Everything was perfect, breakfast could be better, but I guess this is due to low amount of guests due to the war.

Very friendly snd helpful staff. They let me park my bike safely snd covered next to the entrance once they realized I came on a motorcycle. Especially Anastassia and the super friendly woman at the reception made my stay very pleasant and I felt very welcome. It was also very quiet and I got in a really good nights‘ sleep.

Breakfast buffet was very good, very helpful staff, especially, Veronika. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Have stayed here on 4/5 separate occasions and always a good stay, would recommend and use again, close to bus and train station.

Friendly staff, great location for transport, great buffet breakfast . Third time of staying and is always comfortable and relaxing stay, have booked again for November 2020.

More TV channels and evening restaurant was closed but guess that is a result of Covid virus ((
