Air conditioning not cooling

Very little, if any English spoken. Could do with a little tlc

Location is good, 2.5 km walk or bus ride from the cruise ship terminal. The wifi is also good and free. The rooms are nice and clean. They also have a small swimmingpool, it’s kind of nice but also kind of boring.

The staff don’t speak very good english, and they are really bad when you send them a question, it takes days until they reply and it’s hard to understand their answer. The breakfast is nice if you like cookies, but things like a sandwich with cheese/ham etc it’s not great.

The hotel is within a really great location. just a walk from the beach away, there are a few little cafes near by. it is quiet and peaceful. the hotel itself is perfect for a weekend stay. the rooms are basic but you have everything you need. the staff is really friendly, however they struggle to speak englisch.

unfortunately coming in spring the rooms didn’t have heating. it was a little cold and not totally clean. when checking into the room I’ve found a rubbish back of someone else in there. I didn’t mind as much because I was out the whole days of my stay and just came back to sleep.

Boring rooms, resturant and public areas.

Not sure whether it was the off season but we arrived mid September to find the doors locked, all lights off and no one around. Our cab driver phoned the number attached to the office door and the owner was expecting us. He arrived shortly after and let us into our rooms which were clean and ok for the price. I think we were the only guests in the building. Breakfast was not great, packaged Pastries and cereal. The girl at the desk was lovely and offered us a ride to the cruise ship.

The hotel has a great location. The beach is really close.

The pipe from the toilet was leaking water. The air-conditioning also leaked water. The windows did not have nets for insects.
