Hotel a 4 stelle che non ne merita nemmeno la metà. Tralasciando camera e posizione che sono buone il resto è stato orrendo. La spa oltre alla sauna e al bagno turco, dispone di due piscine inaccessibili nel periodo invernale in quanto gelide, la più grande (un pò piu tiepida dell'altra) non ci si può rilassare poiché se ci sono bambini diventa un parco giochi, la seconda completamente gelida e di conseguenza un grande spreco d'acqua. L'hotel dispone di due tipi di parcheggi uno esterno a 7 euro a notte e l'altro a 14 euro a notte coperto, l'ho considerata una spesa stupida ed impegnativa in quanto un hotel da 4 stelle dovrebbe offrire questi servizi gratuitamente ai propri ospiti. La camera che ci è stata data era al piano terra e di fronte al parcheggio, la privacy non esisteva poiché ogni persona che passava dal parcheggio all'hotel poteva tranquillamente vedere e accedere al nostro spazio in quanto non c'era nemmeno nessuna recinzione, spesso è capitato più volte che ospiti di altre camere passassero tranquillamente nel nostro "giardino" come se fosse uno spazio comune. Infine abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza con il personale della colazione molto maleducato. Sicuramente non lo consiglierò e tanto meno ci ritornerò in futuro.

The spacious and nice room, the swimming pool and wellness centre were a plus after a long day of hiking!

Limited garage space. Google maps took us on the mountains, whereas the hotel is downtown.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. the Spa facilities are amazing and we made good use of them. Good location to town centre, ski hire shop etc. Each room has it's own heated ski locker allocated which was plenty big enough for all our equipment.

If the hotel had a bar or social space for the evening then it would have been perfect. Had to pay extra for parking, which we have never had to do be before. We chose the outside parking because it was cheaper, to park underground it was an extra 10 euros per day which is quite expensive.

We liked the location, the sauna and pool facilities and the room/lounge/bathroom.

We did not like that we had to pay for parking or that there was not any vegan options provided for breakfast other than fruit.

A beautiful view, big bed, clean and a variety of food on breakfast.

That you have to pay for towels for sauna or swimming pool. You can use your towels from bathroom but I think 1 towels should be especially for sauna.

Pls improve WIFI in room 450. Often when all guests are in room ( in the evening ), WIFI didnt work !!
