Staff frendly. Roms are clean. The whole hotel is perfekt. I enjoyed everything. The food was great.

Unfortunately someone had been in our room and left a strange note on our table while we were out for the day with the do no disturb button on our room. When we told reception they were not helpful and dismissed what had happened. After this we didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel.

We went to pool with towels and one employee came shouting on us we are not allowed to use it ,and we told him we didn’t know and he still kept screaming !!!Horrible experience

Amazing location! Best breakfasts in Turkiye (I visited more than 30 hotels in Turkiye, so believe me). Friendly staff, cozy standard rooms, amazing bars and restaurants around.

very good value for money

Location is great, practically right in the center of the city. Easy to get to most places from there since all public transportation goes through nearby streets. Local fortress is not far as well as the sea and the most available beaches.

Small fridge in the room wasn't cooling stuff that well, not sure if it's an oversight of if it wasn't supposed to work like a full-cooling fridge at all. Not a problem for me particularly, but if you're looking for the view, you won't get it here because the hotel is in middle of dense near-the-sea area. That's a trade-off you get into for easier access to the city center and beaches.

The location of the hotel deserves a definite plus. It is located very close to the city centre. You can easily walk to the harbour or the castle. In addition, the wi-fi throughout the hotel is very fast and works flawlessly both in the rooms and at reception. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms look relatively new.

Cleaning rooms could be better - no one has looked under the bed for a very long time. The bathroom leaked water from the installation... But these are only small inconveniences compared to the perfect service of the hotel.

Superb location, we really enjoyed the morning and evening silence because of the location, but it was very close to the beach and all the necessary stuff in the center of Alanya. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good and clean.

staff is terrible know nothing about curtsy, no hospitality experience, rude and the lady named Konar lied to me when I asked for a blanket and pretend she cannt speak english and hung up the phone at me 😧never ever seen such rudeness in any hotel in my life and i went down she left her desk and chatting with a guest outside! she hung up the phone at me and went outside her desk to chit chat!!! then she kept arguing with me that she can’t help as no extra blanket there !!! and while she speaks English again she pretended that she cannt understand me. she understood because she told her colleague in Turkish (batania) which means blanket!! and the other staff was doubting my money that i paid to the hotel in $ whether forged or original infront of me and they dont know i can understand Turkish!! how unprofessional and rude!!!

Location is so good, the hotel is a brand new and cool interior design of the room. I really enjoyed my staying there. Definitely, if I am in Alanya one more time Gurses Life Hotel will be my choice!

The room is so small, good there is a balcony. Bed is huge and takes a lot of place in room.

1) The location is great: close to the beach, close to different restaurants but quiet at the same time. About 10-12 minutes to Teleferik. 2) The oven was working ok, all facilities were available. The fridge was working as well. 3) The Wi-Fi was working great.

The family room was not renovated as standard rooms were. Thus, it's old and not very clean. The floor was dusty. One day we asked for cleaning and only towels were changed. It looked like nobody washed the floor ( Or they washed it not properly. -1 point for the cleanliness.
