Location wasn’t to bad. In a bad part of town though. Locks on door were secure. Comfort was good and the linen was clean.
There was only a microwave located in the room. No sink apart from the bathroom which restricted dishes.

The room was spacious and clean with fairly standard motel interior. The outdoor patio overlooking the pool area was sunny in the afternoon when we arrived. Close to a good pizza place .
The pool didn’t look appealing and looked like it hadn’t been used for a while.

A spotless clean motel with spacious downstairs rooms, opening out on to the lovely garden & pool area. It's situated in a great area, as it's close to supermarkets & fast food. Very pleasant staff, we would definitely stay there again & highly recommend.

I had left my expensive pillow after locking the room , returned and had to wait for 2 hours until someone was available to let me in, should have been on the road, lost 2 hours travel.

The rooms are very spacious. Spa was a major factor in choosing this property and provided some welcomed warmth on the cold days.
Incredibly slippery tiles in bathroom and entrance to room. No hand towel, just two towels and bathmat.

Water pressure in shower was non existent. Very difficult to get an even temperature in shower, either to hot or freezing. Motel reception was only open briefly for our arrival, thenfor the rest of the time was contact via phone numbers and blinds drawn.

Perfect location for our needs. When we are in Albury we always stay at the motel. The staff is always helpful and the facilities perfect in summer.

The room was very pleasant, family size. Unfortunately you would normally expect biscuits to have with your coffee/tea but none provided, normally standard in a motel room. For a traveller not familiar with Albury /Lavington area a guide to local shops, eateries, attractions provided in the room would be a good idea.

I stayed with my 3 children. We loved it! it was really nice and clean, staff was very friendly! The kids enjoyed the pool.

The property was very well maintained, the pool area with all the trees was lovely. The owners were so lovely & went above & beyond to help with anything we needed. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The rooms were clean. we had such a good time we have booked another trip for later in the year.
I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.
