The hotel was a bit difficult to access at first due to the nearby construction works and the room AC didn't seem to cool the bedroom very well but it might have needed a different setting. We were too tired to investigate 😆

Location.. clean.. staff are all nice and helpful

AC was not working, so we changed the room, and then i found the phone not working in the new room also. one bottle of water was used and refilled from bathtub water and returned to the fridge. The bed was like you sleep on a stone, not comfortable at all

Stuff was great assest to the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating to us. After an overseas flights they even gave us an upgrade to an apartment so that our sleep will be more pleasant. Room was super clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was good with few choices for vegans. Will definitely go back.

Free glass of lemony water at reception.

The deluxe room we booked was big, with enough space for our baby to play around. the bed area was somewhat separated from the living area which had a sofa, table and a desk. Some of the staff members were very nice and eager to help. Breakfast has a decent variety of options, however these were the same every day and didn’t change for the few days we spent there.

Some of the staff in the restaurant and the restaurant itself are not so great. We had lunch once and the lemonade we ordered had some sort of a worm/caterpillar in it probably from the mint plants. We informed the waiter and his first reaction was to say that it’s not a problem, just a little thing. We asked him to take it back and it was not added on the final check. No apology whatsoever. Also, the food took more than 45 minutes to arrive, we ordered some fish and pasta. The other person who helped us apologized for this. Not sure why it took so long, there were just few people in the restaurant, however we did see few orders being picked up to go. The restaurant itself seems not part of the hotel, as it looks old, in contrast with the lobby and the rooms. No issue here, but would need a refresh. At breakfast, it was quite common to run out of the different dishes or cutlery. One day the coffee machine decided to act its own and created an entire situation with people waiting for their coffee. Again, not a big issue, but added to the frustration of waiting for various items on the buffet.

Perfect hotel localization, a great option with access to the banana sport/spa facilities. Very accommodating and friendly staff.

Excellent breakfast, cozy and comfortable room.
