the receptionists were very helpful... the location we convenient... not far from the city centre... the facilities were great... but there was a used/empty shower gel tube in the shower cubicle...

Staff not really used to see paying guests ,the bed was exceptionally bad . its a university campus , so you get treated like a student , functional but no more .

All is new and superclean, 3 spacious bedrooms with bed and bureau, suited for students but perfect also for our stay. very big screen tv in the livingroom/kitchen on which it is a pleasure to watch a nice movie. Kitchen holds all you need to cook and eat a meal, incl. a nice fridge. Really super stay for this money value! Supermarket is 5 min. walk away.

In order to park there in the private parking you need some good manoeuvering skills, especially when the parking is almost full.
