An ideal place for a getaway in Malaga—close to the city center, with parking available nearby, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach and the port. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need; the rooms are very spacious, and it includes a kitchen and a washing machine. I highly recommend it!

Location!
Downtown Málaga. Walking distance to everything.
Laundry machine and dryer (free) in one of there other buildings (4 minute walk). Not really an issue. I’m hard press to find anything negative. It was a great place.

Spacious and great balcony

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped in a nice location within walking distance of the train station, the city center, and the beach. The keys are handed over at the office at a different address, but it is not far on foot.
There is a problem with the sewage system throughout the building. This is evident from the strong smell in the entrance hall. The shower in the apartment did not drain at all, which is a major problem requiring repair. That is why I give a low rating.
