Room was beautifully furnished and very homely. Loved all the travel souvenirs around the house as decorations. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of food and having all guests around one table was a lovely way to meet people and chat over coffee and croissants. The views from the breakfast terrace are fabulous too.
The only thing I didn't like was the shower curtain, it sticks to your body while you shower! Some kind of screen would be a better idea.

Nice apartment in the historic centre of Bosa with a great rooftop terrace! Got a lot of information beforehand about how to reach and access the apartment. Friendly hosts. Air conditioner.
All in all everything was fine. It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of coffee in the morning in the room (it was possible to make tea), but on the other hand there are plenty opportunities in the city to have a cup of coffee.

Gorgeous traditional little townhouse in the Centro historico, restored with all its soul intact. Loved the vaulted stone ceiling, the colours, unique vintage pieces and design choices that mirrored the beauty of Bosa itself. The rooftop terrace had a great view of Bosa, we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there chatting to other guests and Sebastiano. Sebastiano was a great host and his little booklet guide to Bosa was fun to read and very useful for sightseeing and restaurants. parking was also not far away.

great location. Sebastiano is a very good host. 500 year old stone house in an ancient town. very good breakfast on the roof terrace with a stunning view.
Old stone houses have low doorways, so you have to watch your head. Parking can be a challenge, however Sebastiano gave good directions to nearby parking.

Quiet.
Road up property terrible, no tumble dryer, no TV, no wi fi, shower floods water out requiring towels to contain floods, wet tiles are then dangerously slippery, hand basin leaks water on top surface, bathroom smells bad like a sewerage problem, no hot water in hand basin for shaving or strong light for shaving/ makeup,, property is far from places to eat & means you have to use the shocking road in & out again.

The building itself is so cute and there are lots of thoughtful and creative touches throughout the inside and outside, including lots of nice plants. The room was beautiful with lovely vaulted ceiling and exposed stone which felt really special. The room was also decorated with lots of unique and interesting things. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the check-in process was easy and smooth.
There was a slight smell from the shower drain but this might just be something that happens in the area as the shower itself was clean. It would have been nice to have some coffee/tea making facilities in the room or a communal area, as due to technical issues, breakfast was not served during our stay.

Fantastic panoramic position, from the terrace you can enjoy an excellent view over the whole Bosa. In the rooms, colorful and well-kept in detail, there is everything you need for a perfect stay. Sebastiano is very helpful and friendly host!

The bedroom stayed is very beautiful and characteristic with stone bricked wall and private shower and wc. There a terrace on the top of the house you can see a beautiful view of Bosa!

Best breakfast we had on Sardinia and the views from the terrace were amazing. Bosa was a beautiful surprise so we were so glad we booked all of our accommodation last minute. We couldn't fault Sebastian's service and the accommodation was exactly as advertised. We couldn't fault anything at all and loved our stay in Bosa.

Everything was perfect. The room is really nice, the breakfast was with tipical Sardinian food, the host is very friendly and helpful. I really recomend it!

* Pillows were too big and hard for us but we didn't ask for a replacement.
* We parked our car at the castle parking (limited space) and took the stairs to get there. I would recommend taking small luggage with you as it might be hard to carry a regular, big suitcase.

Location, view from terrace, the host, the room was amazing.
Not in the host's power but parking is little far and does not feel entirely safe walking around at night. We have done it as a family but my partner would have never walked alone around.

Really beautiful space, a bit of a hike to get to, but the room was comfortable, water was hot, everything was clean and the host was really friendly.

super location above the roofs in the old town. stunning views from the terrace, just some minutes downhill from the main plaza with restaurants etc. parking was easy to find with the map provided before arrival. great breakfast with so many nice options and views. truly a gem!

Host was amazing, tarace has a view over whole city (BB is on the hill), conctact is very good, room is big, comfortable bed, mini drodze, cettle and comlementary bottle of water and bathroom supplies. BB is very cosy and traditional sardinian. Would 100% recommend
Be carefull with heavy laguage due to high steps up to the parking next to the castle and steps down to the city

Lucia was very welcoming and made sure our stay at the B&B was as enjoyable as possible. She helped us finding a place to order from for lunch (and even ordered it for us) due to restaurant closures because of Covid regulations.
There's plenty of space to park your car just right underneath the castle walls. The B&B is only a approx. 2 min walk away.
Definitely recommend staying there!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The host is a exceptionally thoughtful and knowledgeable about the town and whole the island. The place was charming and equipped with a lot of taste and localised in the heart of old town of Bosa.

A charming place with an amazing rooftop view over the mountain, river, sea and the whole Bosa city. Sebastiano is putting his heart into this place, great job!
There was an issue with the room we initially booked, so we were offered another room which was also nice, but not exactly what we planned to have. Despite this, we had a really lovely stay!
