Romantic Apartment, for two people, in via Mario de’ Fiori very close to Spanish Steps.
Ideal for a couple who will have an elegant accommodation consisting of a living area, a Bedroom, a Kitchen, a Bath and a walk-in closet.
The perfect accommodation for an unforgettable roman experience, deep in the heart of Rome, full of atmosphere, a few steps from the beautiful and famous Spanish Steps and via Condotti. The foremost commercial road of Rome (Rome's version of 5th Avenue), where you can find luxury Italian and foreign boutiques such as Bulgari, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Brioni, Modigliani, Battistoni etc etc. The great designers ateliers are in the so-called 'quadrilateral' area, which includes the most refined elite shopping roads of the capital: via Borgognona, Piazza di Spagna, via Bocca di Leone, via Tomacelli, via Mario dei Fiori, via Belsiana, via Gregoriana and via del Babuino. The latter has recently been closet off to traffic and has prestigious boutiques like Armani, Etro, Chanel, Pomellato and Emporto, as well as historic antique dealers such as Carlo Maria Fallani, Franco and Alberto Di Castro, Fabrizio Apolloni, Antonnacci Efrti, Ida Benucci and Cesare Lampronti.
All major attractions (Pantheon, Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum etc.) are at walking distance as well as the closest subway and taxi station (Spanish Steps at only 2 minutes walking from the apartment).
During the spring / summer you'll easily reach several seaside town by public transport in about 40/50 minutes. So we suggest you to visit Ostia Lido, with its long sandy beaches (nearby you can admire the impressive ruins of Ostia Antica), Anzio and the ruins of the magnificent Villa of Nero, Neptune with its charming medieval old town.
The apartment has been recently fully renewed and furnished with elegance by the owner.
A small entrance, a sleeping area with a king size bed, a living area with sofa and dinning table as well as services (walk-in closet, kitchen and bathroom) will welcome you in a very comfortable environment equipped with Internet, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is comfortable and full equipped. It consists of a large work surface, 4 gas cookers, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge. Guests will find everything they need to cook (pots, pans, dishes, glasses...) and some basic items (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, chamomile...).
The bathroom is provided with shower, sink, wc and bidet; guests will find hairdryer, shampoo, soaps and towels.
The perfect location and the good value quality/price of the apartment will make pleasant and unforgettable your stay in Rome.
The apartment is not far from the railway station termini (only 2 stops metro: Barberini and Spanish Steps) which is very well connected to the airport.

We recently spent seven wonderful days in Rome at a lovely apartment booked through Vrbo, located a one-minute walk from the iconic Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna). The central location combined with excellent air conditioning made this one of our best stays in Italy. During an intense summer heatwave, the apartment became our cool sanctuary, turning what could have been an exhausting trip into a truly enjoyable experience.The location was perfect. Stepping outside put us immediately at the Spanish Steps. We could visit at different times—early mornings before crowds or golden evenings for photos. The area around Piazza di Spagna is elegant, with luxury shopping on Via Condotti, charming cafés, and excellent gelaterias nearby. The Spagna metro station made it easy to reach the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican, and more without hassle. Despite being so central, the apartment felt quiet and peaceful thanks to good windows that blocked most street noise.Rome’s mid-summer heat was brutal. Daytime temperatures hit 37–40C (99–104F) with high humidity that made walking on cobblestones draining. Many tourists looked wiped out by midday. Without reliable cooling, our sightseeing would have been limited to short bursts followed by uncomfortable recovery time.Thankfully, the apartment’s air conditioning was outstanding—modern, quiet, and highly effective. Excellent studio apartment very close to Spanish steps. Also close to metro and taxi rank but we walked everywhere. Comfortable bed, effective air conditioning and washing machine. Shower and bathroom are squeezy but eminently manageable for a few days. We would highly recommend this apartment which was clean and with easy check in.

Ideally located to all the major attractions in Rome.. In the heart of the city, but a quiet and authentic apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Host and property manager were always responsive e to our questions and made the trip stress free! Frazier!

The property itself was very unclean. The bed sheets were topped in what looked like small rocks/dirt. The windowsills looked as if they had never been cleaned and had a significant amount of dust/dirt in them. The property itself is in an ideal location, a lot of the stuff is in walking distance. However, because of this, expect loud noises from what seems to be the other local residents in the apartment building starting at 7:30 every morning. There was a constant dull roar until around 1 AM each morning.
